At Sukkasart, we look at the integration of body and mind that maintains “life harmony” we firmly believe that “once happiness is seated in one’s heart, it is certain to be shared with others.” Sukha Organization (Happiness Organization) is to promote the flow of happiness throughout organizations ambience and manner by a series of wellness activities and workshops.

Posture Awareness

Posture is represent the spinal structure in our body, with poor posture could create as the blockage in the body and manifest as lifestyle problem such as shallow breathing, easily tenses muscle at neck and shoulder or lower back pain, including poor digestion. In this workshop you will learn on how to observe your body posture and be aware on how it will influence your body and mind state, and learn to keep balancing body posture with four basic body movements thus a combination of body stretching, Qi Kong, yoga principle and synchronize with simply breathing technique to strengthening proper posture and allowing chi energy to flow blissfully.

  

The Art of Breathing

Breathing is expressing the feeling and exchanging the body ventilation, learn and practice the scientific of breathing on how that would affect physiological and mental state, and allow the body to feel flow of the air and generate the positive life force energy, sound expressing would be part of this workshop.

 

Sound Relaxation

Energizing your body and mind by listening to different sounds and tone thus allow you body to connecting through vibrations of sound, and able to create your own sound of expression to transform stress into vitality.

  

Our Body Our Emotions

In this workshop, you will learn to understand the connection between our emotions and our body’s major organs and how this relationship manifests itself in overall well-being. You will be guide through traditional Taoist breathing technique known as the Healing Sounds, which helps you connect with you emotions through internal vibrations of sound, bringing a positive transformation and a deeper state of relaxation and serenity. The Healing sounds is the powerful tool to harmony our body and mind, and it is highly recommend to keeping as daily practice to maintain the joy of living.

The Joy of Living

Understand the science of happiness, and discovering the journey of mind, and learn to practice to simple tool to maintain joyful mind. This workshop is focused on practicing through each individual experience and sharing on group discussion base, please be open minded to participate for this workshop.

  

Mindfulness Training

This workshop is focused about practice of awareness of the mind, you will be guided to exercise of mind thinking process, and learn to harmonize the three minds of thinking, feeling and awareness.

 

Guided Meditation

Allow your body to relax and your mind is recharging, you will be guided to simple meditation state of peaceful mind.

Sukha Kaya

Sukha Kaya is about blending strength and flexibility with the rhythm of breath in order to bring a greater awareness of muscular imbalances in the body and we can begin to correct those imbalances and feel more freedom, strength and flexibility in our bodies.
