Retreat Program
Taking a Retreat provides a great chance to unwind and connect with your inner self. An ideal retreat at Sukkasart is a perfect opportunity to take a break and touch base with yourself, enjoying the simplicity of your own moment. Thus we do not emphasize on group retreats but rather pay attention to customizing each individual’s personal retreat based on your own individual requirements. You may join the group workshop if you wish, but the rest of the programme is based on your customized plan. Prior to joining the retreat you will have a holistic consultation to plan your programme during your stay, and guide you to get the best out of your own retreat
Holistic consultation (1):
Prior to attending the retreat, you would need to complete your health questionnaire, the data will be utilized to analyze your strengths and weaknesses in the body and mind state. The consultation will help plan your strategies for self improvement.
Daily chi exercise and meditation class in the morning, workshop and unwind meditation class in the evening.
Treatments and private session: we do have a variety of treatments to support you during this retreat journey, please refer to @HuaHin
Accommodation: Sukkasart itself does not provide accommodation, but there is a hotel next to the Center which provides several room types. Please refer to http://www.mywayhuahin.com and we will assist you to get a good deal with our contract rate, however, the room rates vary due to seasonal factors.

Meal: the hotel room rate includes breakfast; however we tailor for you simple meals for lunch and dinner of very special Thai dishes with a variety of herbs, which you can adapt to be part of your lifestyle.
Transportation: We can arrange for you with round trip airport transfers with reliable local service providers at reasonable rate, if required.
