Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of, and making choices, to live up to your potential. Your health is a puzzle and every piece needs to be in place to build a good picture. To live well we shall improve both physical and mental.

Group Meditation

Join our group meditation and learning how to utilize different tolls to fulfill your meditation experience, sharing your practice and embarking this journey of awakening (This is a complimentary activity from Sukkasart, donation to support charity projects is welcomed).

Breath into your body movement to promote strength and flexibility to create balance, peace and joy in your body and mind.
